Omnidata is created in 1989 with the main mission of distribution and support of Oracle products in Morocco. Strengthens its offering in 1992 by the establishment of a strategy to develop high value-added businesses, leading to a more fully market offer: training around Oracle technologies (Oracle Authorized Training Center), integration of software solutions around the IFS and Oracle Application and development of specific applications on client / server technologies.
His relationship with Oracle Corporation becomes privileged in 1997, through the creation of the first Oracle Application competence center in Africa.
From 2002, Omnidata is involved in all the major IT projects in the country and is positioned as a pioneer in the field of offshore through the implementation of projects on behalf of major European companies. In Morocco and amongst the major innovative projects, we can include the redesign of the information system of Customs or the establishment of the Banking Accounting at BMCE Bank. Omnidata has since then been recognized as the largest IT consulting firms in the country.
In 2007, Omnidata merges with another renowned integrator Cap’Info. This allows it to expand its offer to take a larger share of the market and thus strengthen its leadership position.
In 2008, Omnidata creates its subsidiary OmniAcademy, dedicated to the business of technology training Information and OmniShore its subsidiary, specializes in the development of specific applications and the availability of skilled resources in-house for its clients.
In 2014, Omnidata created its subsidiary Omnidata Business Solutions for the integration of management software packages, vertical solutions oriented towards finance and wealth management, Business Intelligence and Big Data.
Omnidata’s business is now the integration of software and hardware infrastructures, software packages and cybersecurity solutions.
